Use the Contact Us form when you need to ask about a public app page, search result, download route, policy, subscription, or review. Do not send passwords, OTPs, payment-card details, wallet recovery phrases, or full identity documents. Contact records remain private unless disclosure is required for security, legal, or operational reasons.
After A Report Is Received
The website may compare a report with the current page, search catalog, public route, policy text, or approved review records. Review requests are checked against the app, display name, email, date, and available reference details. The website cannot promise changes to a third-party app, account, payment, or external destination.
Consent And Contact Information
Contact messages may contain a name, email address, selected topic, related app, message, source page, submission time, and a privacy-preserving IP hash. FAQ questions are stored for review and are not automatically added to the public FAQ page. The website cannot protect information that a visitor independently sends to an unrelated third-party service.
